Peach Fruit-Infused Vinegar

Our Peach Fruit-Infused Vinegar perfectly preserves the flavors this sweet, beautiful stone fruit. We proudly source an abundance of second-crop peaches from our pals at The Ecology Center in Southern California. 

We’ve known and worked with The Ecology Center for as long as we’ve been in business, and we can’t stay away. They grow some of the best fruit and berries we’ve ever tasted (thanks to the great people, place, and farming practices). 

We love to use our Peach flavor in vinaigrettes and salad dressings. It also makes a great addition to a homemade cocktail with tequila or vodka or gin, or mocktail with sparkling water, for anyone looking for more brightness.
