We generally process orders within 2 business days, but we’re usually much faster. Unfortunately, once we’ve fulfilled and shipped your order, we will be unable to cancel or make any changes.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an emailed shipping confirmation with tracking information for your package. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
You may choose a rate and delivery time frame upon checkout. Rates are generated per order based on size and weight.
International shipping has a calculated rate based on your purchase. All orders will be shipped via DHL Express. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, your order will arrive via DHL within 5 business days. We do our best to avoid customs charges, but the customer is responsible for any charges that are required by customs once your package arrives in your country. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Sure! As long as it wasn’t a sale item, you’re welcome to exchange any online purchases within 21 days of your order date to our brick and mortar store.
How long will it take to process my return?
Credits onto a giftcard are generally processed within 2 business days after we receive your return.
