Passion Fruit-Infused Vinegar

Our Passion Fruit-Infused Vinegar captures the tropical sweetness and strong tang of these totally stunning, flavorful fruit. We proudly source an abundance of passion fruit (that drop down to the ground, when ripened up to perfection) from our dear friend and ‘side yard’ farmer Kelley Giffin at Giffin Family Ranch in Southern California. When it comes to passion fruit, we look no further than Kelley’s abundant vines season after season. We’ve known and worked with her for as long as we’ve been in business, and we can’t stay away! Kelley and her husband Bruce are farmers we know as friends and feel more like family. Their ‘side yard’ passion fruit are hands down the best we’ve ever had (thanks to Kelley’s thoughtful approach, gentle care, regular pruning and organic farming practices). 

We love to use our Passion Fruit flavor as a mixer in drinks, like homemade mocktails (with sparkling water)  and cocktails with tequila or mezcal.
