Our Apricot Fruit-Infused Vinegar Shrub perfectly preserves the flavors this sweet, summer stone fruit. We proudly source an abundance of second-crop apricots from our friend and farmer Marguerita Smith at Mud Creek Ranch in Southern California.
We’ve known and worked with Marguerita Smith for several years, and we can’t stay away from the paradise of perennial fruit trees (20 of which are apricot) at Mud Creek Ranch. The new castle apricots we source are some of the best we’ve found and tasted– thanks to the people, growing practices, climate and landscape at Mud Creek Ranch.
We love to use our Apricot flavor in vinaigrettes and salad dressings. It also makes a great addition to a homemade wellness drink, or mocktail with sparkling water, for anyone looking for more brightness.
